• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data models;
• Transform business requirements into technical BI specifications and data visualizations;
• Develop and optimize datasets, semantic models, and ETL/ELT processes;
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across BI solutions;
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks;
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights;
• Support BI platforms in production, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability;
• Document BI logic, data models, metrics, and reporting standards.

• At least 2 years of experience as a BI Developer;
• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms;
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL, including MongoDB and DynamoDB, and experience with relational databases;
• Understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas;
• Knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and reporting best practices;
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP;
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• German at Intermediate level or higher;
• Nice to have: experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines, recognized professional certifications, experience with DAX, M Query, or similar transformation languages.
