Design, develop, and deploy performant, visually compelling enterprise dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Liaise with Product Owners, business analysts, and corporate client stakeholders; analyze business problems, gather requirements, and facilitate interactive demos
Engineer and implement data models, including Dimensional Modeling, Star, and Snowflake schemas; prepare, profile, and validate data quality
Use Python and related libraries to automate data processes, perform statistical profiling, and integrate predictive analytics or data science models into BI dashboards
Oversee reporting environments and workspaces; define and implement security frameworks, including Row-Level Security and access governance
Contribute to architecture discussions and align BI deliverables with data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouses, Delta Lakes, datamarts, and staging processes
Design and contribute to testing methodologies for data products to ensure accuracy, speed, and alignment with industry standards
Work in an Agile environment and promote CI/CD principles and BI version control practices

5+ Years of hands-on experience developing, designing, and maintaining complex BI solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Strong programming proficiency in Python and advanced SQL, including DAX or MDX
Proven experience with relational databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
Understanding of data tiering, including landing, staging, data cleansing, profiling, and security, and of DWH, Data Lake, Delta Lake, and Datamart architecture
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, and Lambda, or equivalent services in Azure, GCP, or Snowflake
Expertise in testing data products, validation, and dashboard performance tuning
Experience in Agile environments using SCRUM or Kanban
Familiarity with CI/CD principles and version control tools for report deployment
Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical data concepts to C-level executives
Fluent English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
