data and AI solution architect enterprise-платформ

We are seeking a highly professional, client-facing Data and AI Solution Architect to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of advanced data (Databricks-based data lake, data migration, and semantic data layer creation) and AI solutions for enterprise clients (Agentic AI for the client, A-SDLC). The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in cloud, data, and GenAI technologies, with a proven track record in architecting scalable, enterprise-wide, distributed applications across cloud environments.

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of data and AI solutions using Azure, MS Fabric, Databricks, and GenAI platforms
• Design and implement scalable, secure data management and analytics platforms, including data lakes and distributed systems
• Integrate Copilot, Claude, and GenAI into business workflows for automation, analytics, and customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Provide technical leadership, governance, mentorship, and architectural guidance across project streams and teams
• Drive data governance, strategy, and process improvements to ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and compliance
• Document architectural decisions, workflows, and implementation guidelines for enterprise data and AI platforms
• Advise clients on platform decentralization, operating models, and enterprise data product protocols
• Contribute to presales proposals, SOWs, RFP responses, and business and technical assessments

• 10+ Years of professional experience in data and AI architecture, design, and implementation
• Expertise in Azure, MS Fabric, and Databricks
• Background in data lakes and distributed scalable applications
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of GenAI, Copilot, and Claude, and familiarity with AI agent frameworks
• Experience with data governance, analytics, CRM, and ERP systems
• Familiarity with the manufacturing domain
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and advise strategically on data and AI platform evolution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in cloud environments
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
