- 5+ Years of experience in Computer Vision and Deep Learning
- Strong expertise in Python and modern CV frameworks
- Hands-on experience with OCR, scene-text recognition, document understanding, or Document AI solutions
- Experience with CNNs, Vision Transformers, and multimodal AI models
- Solid understanding of systematic failure analysis and model evaluation
- Practical experience deploying ML/CV models in production environments
- Strong English communication skills
- Будет плюсом: experience with LLM-powered document processing solutions, experience working with large-scale enterprise AI products
