SWARCO is a growing international group with more than 5,000 employees across all continents.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices based on C# and .NET
Deploy, containerize, and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes
Participate in an Agile software development team following Scrum, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Design and implement RESTful APIs and message-based interfaces for internal communication between microservices
Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure code quality and system stability
Continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments to Kubernetes clusters
Conduct code reviews and share technical knowledge within the development team

Several years of hands-on experience in C#/.NET development
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures
Experience with MongoDB or comparable NoSQL databases
Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; self-driven and proactive
Team-oriented with clear, structured communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English
