Backend Team Lead

The company secures the AI-driven software development lifecycle from prompt to production. It reduces real-time risks from AI-generated code through cloud runtime by unifying development and cloud context and addressing vulnerabilities at their source. The company is building cybersecurity for the AI era.

• Lead the team across multiple workstreams and ensure high-quality delivery throughout every sprint
• Own sprint planning, including prioritization, capacity planning, and alignment on goals and deliverables
• Coordinate with other departments, remove blockers, and manage cross-team dependencies
• Develop team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and identification of skill gaps
• Lead technical design and ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and built to strong engineering standards
• Participate hands-on in high-scale, cloud-based development
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices in architecture, maintainability, performance, and engineering quality
• Partner with Product Managers to shape features from concept and technical design through development, release, and production
• Participate in customer technical sessions on requirements, challenges, integrations, and product discussions
• Serve as the technical focal point for the domain and manage communication with internal Customer Success teams
• Lead technical discussions and decisions on product improvements, new capabilities, and feature planning
• Integrate AI tools and workflows into the development lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping

• 6+ Years of hands-on software development experience
• 3–5 Years of experience in a technical leadership or Team Lead role
• Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js
• Strong experience with AWS
