• Lead the Salesforce team;
• Participate in application design, configuration, customization, and deployment;
• Design and implement technical solutions that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements;
• Collaborate with technology teams, including Test Automation, DevOps, Integration, and UX;
• Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications;
• Lead the development team in designing and implementing innovative solutions while adhering to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques;
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting.

• Proven experience across various Salesforce clouds;
• Experience with Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, and LWC;
• Experience with estimation techniques;
• Solid experience with software version control using GIT and continuous integration practices;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
• English B2+ level;
• Nice to have: Experience managing the development team, experience working in a distributed team.
