• Design, build, and optimize backend components powering external provider integrations
• Ensure high stability, performance, and observability across a large integrations ecosystem
• Apply test-driven development and A/B testing
• Optimize and automate CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and deployment speed
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune the performance of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems

• Good command of English
• Familiarity with the development stack
• Understanding of product and passion for building software that provides a great experience
• Experience developing clean, high-quality code and automated tests
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team player with strong communication skills and empathy
