backend developer for business-critical data solutions

The team delivers business-critical data and backend solutions.

• Analyze and implement user stories and technical requirements
• Develop and maintain backend solutions using Apache Spark and Scala
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from development through testing and production validation
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests
• Collaborate with Agile squad members to deliver solutions within agreed timelines
• Provide support during UAT
• Support production validation and deployment activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Follow Agile methodologies and participate in team ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

• At least 3 years of professional experience developing with Apache Spark and Scala
• Solid experience with PL/SQL
• Experience with Control-M
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Good understanding of software development best practices, testing, and production support
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
