6+ Years of experience in backend design and development of production-grade applications
Strong Python development skills
Solid experience with SQL and databases
Experience working with large-scale, scalable systems
Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, or integration with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs
Knowledge of networking infrastructure
Experience designing and maintaining robust, scalable server-side architecture
Strong understanding of performance and scalability requirements
Ability to take ownership of features from product design through deployment
Experience integrating LLMs and vector-based solutions
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
