AI solutions architect for revenue management

We are seeking an AI Solutions Architect with a strong hands-on background in application development, who can design systems where AI is a core component rather than a feature bolted on at the end. As a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the entire product development lifecycle, from conception to production, you will collaborate with customers to provide optimal solutions and guide the team technically in delivering these solutions.

• Work independently with technical and business stakeholders.
• Work on internal product architecture and support client engagements.
• Understand business problems and perform due diligence.
• Design and architect software solutions.
• Estimate and outline the solution approaches and express and articulate the architecture and design rationale.
• Implement proposed solutions and provide technical guidance to extended teams during the development and deployment phases.
• Take complete technical ownership of the delivery of the given solution or solution suite.
• Architect agentic and LLM-backed systems: model selection and routing, retrieval and context design, tool use, and orchestration across services.
• Design for reliability in AI systems.
• Own the non-functional side of AI: latency, token and inference cost, data boundaries, and audit trails.
• Design solutions that deploy inside client environments, including governed internal AI platforms, and work within their security and compliance constraints.
• Keep architecture supportable and transferable: document decisions and rationale so client IT and our own teams can operate what we build.
• Communicate with customers technically and procedurally.
• Architect and deliver solutions leveraging various platform services in Microsoft Azure.
• Provide best practices around provisioning production and non-production environments on Azure to optimize the usage.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, facilitating a quick technical assessment and proposal development for leveraging platform services.
• Work in an Agile/DevOps environment with continuous integration/continuous deployments and application lifecycle management.

• 8+ years of professional .NET and/or Python development experience.
• Strong expertise in container technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure and knowledge of Azure services capabilities and limitations.
• Practical knowledge of solution/application architecture design principles and practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture patterns.
• Strong expertise in building cloud-native enterprise-scale applications.
• Thorough knowledge of implementing advanced security, authentication, and single sign-on solutions.
• Fluent English.
• You have architected and shipped an AI system in production – not only a proof of concept. You can explain the design decisions you made on retrieval, model choice, evaluation and guardrails, what failed in production, and what you changed as a result.
• Working knowledge of the current AI stack: LLM APIs, RAG architectures, vector stores, agent frameworks, and how to evaluate output quality.
• You use AI daily in your own engineering work, and have the judgement to know where it helps and where it adds risk.
