AI Native Solution Architect

The team designs and scales enterprise-grade AI solutions through high-velocity, AI-native delivery pods, bridging business strategy, product vision, and technical execution.

• Design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures for enterprise AI systems, including data pipelines, model integration, deployment, and monitoring
• Architect advanced AI patterns, including RAG, agentic workflows, and hybrid AI architectures using vector databases and graph frameworks
• Translate business goals and product roadmaps into technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and delivery backlogs
• Guide engineering teams on implementation best practices, design patterns, coding standards, and system maintainability
• Lead technical discovery, vendor evaluations, framework selections, and trade-off analyses
• Partner with Product Leads, Engineers, Software Architects, and Business Stakeholders to support delivery and measurable ROI

• 3+ Years of experience as a Solution/System Architect, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead, delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions into production
• Hands-on and architectural experience with modern GenAI patterns, including RAG, Multi-Agent systems, function calling, and tool use
• Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
• Expertise in vector databases and enterprise search/retrieval strategy
• Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and operationalizing models
• Familiarity with LLMOps/MLOps practices
• Solid background in backend systems engineering, microservices, API design, and distributed systems
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to executive stakeholders and product leaders
• Ability to make trade-off decisions under uncertainty and advocate for production quality
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+)
