задачи
- Develop and deploy generative AI data pipelines and solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from design to production
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable knowledge bases using vector embeddings
- Optimise generative AI models and processes for performance, scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Produce technical specifications, guides, and presentations explaining AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to defining and adopting generative AI development best practices within the team
- Monitor generative AI advancements, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to prototyping and proposing initiatives
требования
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or AI Engineer, designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in production
- At least 1 year of experience building and implementing generative AI solutions, including production deployments with LLMs such as GPT or Claude Sonnet
- Strong Python proficiency
- Understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and working with microservices architectures
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, and/or GCP, with hands-on experience deploying, scaling, and managing AI/ML models in cloud environments
- Experience with vector databases and vector search technologies, including performance tuning and optimisation
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions delivering measurable value
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including explaining complex technical concepts to technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Proactive, self-driven, able to lead initiatives, work independently, and collaborate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
