• Develop AI-based software solutions for the legal sector
• Automate complex legal workflows end-to-end
• Build intelligent workflows and multi-agent systems
• Develop production-ready full-stack applications
• Integrate LLM APIs and modern AI services into software products
• Work with backend APIs and modern web technologies
• Bring new features into real-world production use cases
• Participate in technical decision-making from an early stage
• Work closely with the founders and take ownership of implementation

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable technical field
• German B2+; this is a key requirement due to complex German-language documents and workflows
• Software development experience, including commercial or strong personal projects
• Full-stack development experience with modern web technologies
• Experience working with backend APIs
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and frameworks
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to take technical ownership
• Interest in modern AI technologies and production AI systems
• English working proficiency
