• 5+ Years of engineering experience, including hands-on LLM and model training
• Proven ability to deploy models under real load and optimize latency
• Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with solid ML fundamentals
• Experience with production monitoring and model versioning
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
