The team develops, configures, and supports Advent Geneva solutions within an investment management environment, integrating them with trading and portfolio systems.

Lead the development, configuration, and customization of Advent Geneva RSL/RDL solutions
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Advent Geneva applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs in investment management
Ensure accurate implementation of accounting, portfolio management, and trade lifecycle processes within the platform
Develop and maintain SQL scripts and queries to support system functionality
Manage integrations between Advent Geneva and upstream and downstream systems
Guide junior developers and provide technical direction on Advent Geneva projects
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements

7+ Years of hands-on experience with SS&C Advent Geneva, including RSL/RDL development, configuration, customization, and support
Experience in an asset management or investment management environment
Understanding of accounting, portfolio management, and trade lifecycle concepts
Skills in SQL and scripting, with familiarity with upstream and downstream system integrations
