UX/UI designer for digital products

• Participate in the conceptualization and design of apps and websites for large organizations.
• Collaborate on user research (benchmarking, interviews, tests, analysis).
• Define information architectures and user flows.
• Design wireframes and navigable prototypes in Figma.
• Contribute to the visual design of interfaces following design systems.
• Work alongside senior profiles in all phases of the UX/UI process.
• Synthesize user insights to inform design decisions.
• Create low- and medium-fidelity wireframes and functional prototypes.
• Apply usability, visual consistency and accessibility criteria.
• Integrate feedback iteratively to improve each deliverable.

• 2+ years of UX/UI experience.
• Training in UX/UI Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design or similar.
• Proficiency in Figma (components, prototyping and collaborative work).
• Basic knowledge of research, architecture, wireframes and UI.
• Good level of English and Spanish.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and a strong desire to learn and grow.
