ux/ui designer for a housing ecosystem

The team is building an international housing ecosystem for home solutions, a PropTech and Fintech product intended for Asia and Central and Eastern Europe.

• Ensure a positive user experience across processes and support the design, development, and testing of digital interfaces;
• Define user research needs, conduct field research with external parties, analyze results, and incorporate findings into the product;
• Prepare, organize, and independently lead design workshops with the internal business team;
• Support product and service concept development and advocate for client needs;
• Conduct client research and monitor metrics;
• Support the product development roadmap with insights;
• Create wireframes and prototypes and validate concepts with mobile-first users in Uzbek and Russian, including users with lower digital literacy;
• Contribute to defining, creating, and refining the product through sprint-based iterations and participate in agile ceremonies;
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces based on the existing design system;
• Develop and maintain design system components with Uzbek/Russian and Cyrillic/Latin support, mobile readability, clear form errors, and performance-friendly components;
• Design complex solutions and break them down into components;
• Create pixel-perfect designs and make them interactive when necessary;
• Support the development process and coordinate with developers;
• Incorporate new patterns and best practices into designs.

• At least 5 years of professional UX/UI experience;
• Familiarity with UX design and research methodologies;
• Familiarity with design thinking methodology;
• Experience actively using a design system and working with specific brand guidelines;
• In-depth knowledge of Figma and FigJam;
• Thorough understanding of information architecture and visual design principles;
• Ability to bring interfaces to life with animations;
• Experience developing native applications;
• Proficient spoken and written English;
• Uzbek or Russian language skills;
• Ability to interpret business needs, think creatively, and proactively participate in the product development process.
