• 3+ Years of commercial experience in web/UX/UI design
• Confident proficiency in Figma
• Experience working with components, libraries, and design frameworks
• Ability to design user flows, interface logic, and scenarios
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to design
• English B2+
• Flexibility in decision-making, including preparing several design concepts when needed
• Readiness for changes during the project lifecycle
• Ability to quickly produce sketches and low-fidelity prototypes to present ideas
• Strong communication skills
• Responsibility and ownership
• Ability to work independently
• A portfolio demonstrating an approach to UX and visual design across websites, platforms, or interfaces is required
