Ux designer for banking products

You will join a team delivering a project in the banking sector. The client’s offering includes financial services for individual, business and corporate customers. You will be responsible for designing and developing banking products, ensuring their consistency, scalability and intuitiveness. The project offers the opportunity to work on some of the largest banking systems and applications in Poland and collaborate with an experienced team of UX experts. On a daily basis, you will work with business representatives, product managers, developers and other teams involved in developing digital products.

• Designing and developing banking products, with a focus on consistency, scalability and intuitive solutions
• Creating wireframes, prototypes and interactive concepts for mobile and desktop applications
• Analyzing qualitative and quantitative research results and using them in the design process
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, business representatives and other teams involved in product development
• Presenting design solutions and explaining the decisions made
• Consulting on and refining wireframes with development teams
• Participating in UX research, preparing research materials, analyzing results and testing solutions
• Working on the development of some of the largest banking systems and applications in Poland
• Proposing, presenting and defending UX solutions within the organization
• Collaborating with UX experts and specialists
• Supporting the development of UX knowledge within the organization
• Monitoring UX/UI trends and implementing best practices in line with financial sector regulations

• Experience designing digital products
• Experience designing mobile and desktop applications, including Responsive Web Design (RWD) solutions
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes and interactive concepts
• Experience working with Design Systems
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative research results and translate them into design decisions
• Ability to present design solutions and justify decisions to stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with product and development teams
• Experience related to UX research and testing solutions
• Knowledge of UX/UI trends and design best practices
• Knowledge of processes and design experience related to banking for business and corporate customers

• PLN 700–950/day, B2B
• Hybrid work (1 day a week from the office — Warsaw, Łódź, Gdańsk, Wrocław, Poznań, Kraków, Lublin or Szczecin)
