UI/UX designer for mobile games

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company. It developed Happy Color, a digital coloring book and ad-driven mobile app.

• Lead and guide the internal UI/UX team
• Own the design and production of deliverables for mobile games or apps, from initial exploration to final delivery
• Collaborate with feature owners, project managers, developers, game designers, and other team members to turn established creative concepts into production-ready assets
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent performance and attention to detail
• Ensure final designs meet specifications
• Develop efficient processes for teamwork and communication across departments
• Gather and interpret user insights to create engaging experiences across the company’s products
• Design functional and visually appealing features that enhance user experience and satisfaction
• Deliver UI mockups, prototypes, and final features in collaboration with colleagues

• More than 3 years of commercial interface design experience as a UI/UX Design Lead in game development
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX, including visual design, interaction, and information architecture
• Ability to design mobile game interfaces from scratch
• Experience with Figma and Photoshop
• Strong 2D art and illustration skills
• Ability to create clear, aesthetically pleasing icons
• Strong knowledge of using animation and effects to enhance user interfaces
• Russian at C1 or higher
• English at B1
