Bandai Namco Mobile is a Barcelona-based mobile game company and a key part of Bandai Namco Group’s mobile strategy and Western expansion. It aims to add original mobile games to Bandai Namco’s portfolio of successful IPs.

• Own features across the core loop, progression, and meta-game from concept to launch
• Design, build, and test features, then iterate based on player responses
• Plan live operations, including events and challenges, and maintain a healthy game economy as the game grows
• Shape player progression and rewards while keeping the game fun and balanced
• Develop monetisation systems that respect players and offer value
• Partner with the data team to understand player behaviour and test ideas in the live game
• Run and participate in ideation sessions, gather feedback, and turn it into clear next steps
• Give constructive feedback on team ideas and designs, and receive feedback on own work

• Experience designing games across multiple mobile titles, including at least one squad RPG
• Experience with a live F2P game, ideally through soft launch, and comfort iterating based on data
• Strong understanding of the mobile RPG F2P market
• Experience designing and balancing features, economies, progression, and meta systems, and understanding their impact on KPIs
• Hands-on experience with Unity or another game engine
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; ability to pitch ideas, lead discussions, give constructive critique, and receive feedback
