Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join STRONG Team in Dubai and help shape a new SME digital banking product. The product was built from scratch and officially launched in July 2026, so this is still an early and very active stage: core journeys are live, while new product areas, experiences and patterns are being defined now. For a designer, this means there’s still a lot to influence. You won’t be joining a mature product where most decisions have already been made. You’ll have room to shape complex banking journeys, challenge existing assumptions, define new interaction patterns and influence how the product evolves as it scales. The team is small and senior, with people coming from international fintech and product companies. Designers work directly with Product, Engineering, Research, Content and business stakeholders and are involved early in product decisions. We’re particularly interested in designers who enjoy complex problems, strong product thinking and high-quality craft — and who want more ownership than simply turning requirements into screens.

• Own complex product areas and customer journeys end-to-end;
• Work from problem definition and discovery through to shipped product;
• Turn complex SME banking processes into clear, intuitive experiences;
• Identify problems through research, data, customer behaviour and business context;
• Define and test hypotheses rather than starting with a predefined solution;
• Shape UX architecture, flows, interactions and final UI across web and mobile;
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Research and Content;
• Challenge requirements and influence product decisions;
• Navigate business, technical and regulatory constraints;
• Build and evolve reusable patterns and the design system;
• Validate solutions with users and data and iterate after launch;
• Contribute to how the wider product and design experience evolves as the product scales.

• Strong Senior Product Designer experience in digital products;
• Portfolio showing complex end-to-end product work, not only polished UI;
• Strong product thinking and ability to connect user problems with business outcomes;
• Strong UX and visual/UI craft;
• Experience owning ambiguous problems with no obvious solution;
• Ability to explain the reasoning and trade-offs behind design decisions;
• Experience working with research, analytics and product metrics;
• Confidence working directly with senior Product, Engineering and business stakeholders;
• Ability to influence and challenge decisions constructively;
• Fintech, banking, B2B, SaaS or another complex product domain is a strong advantage;
• Fluent English (C1+);
• Open to relocation and on-site work in Dubai.
