• Lead end-to-end design of complex digital products across web, mobile, and interactive platforms
• Own the user experience from discovery to delivery, translating business goals and user needs into product solutions
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, scope, and priorities
• Create and oversee high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and final UI designs
• Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design validation
• Drive and evolve scalable design systems, UI libraries, and brand consistency across products
• Ensure design quality and consistency through design reviews and collaboration with developers
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback and design direction
• Advocate for user-centered design and UX best practices across the organization
• Stay current with product design trends, emerging technologies, and user behavior patterns
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

• 3–5 Years of experience in product or UX/UI design
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field
• Strong expertise in Figma and modern prototyping workflows
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive experiences for complex products
• Experience working in agile product teams and collaborating cross-functionally at a senior level
• Ability to think strategically and balance user needs with business and technical constraints
• Experience contributing to or leading design systems at scale
• Good knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously
• Resilience and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; result-oriented
• Будет плюсом: experience in gaming, tech, or SaaS industries, basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS), additional prototyping tools
