product designer for a global FinTech product

The company develops a global FinTech product that helps people get started, stay safe, and grow with the product.

• Own end-to-end feature design, from problem framing and discovery to release and post-release iteration
• Participate in discovery, planning, and prioritization as a member of a cross-functional tribe
• Design complex product flows and interfaces, including registration, onboarding, authentication, security settings, admin areas, and partner dashboards
• Plan and conduct qualitative user research, including interviews, usability testing, session recording analysis, and heatmap reviews
• Synthesize research findings into design hypotheses
• Use quantitative insights from the product analyst to identify areas for investigation and explain the reasons behind user behavior
• Build user flow maps, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes
• Design within the product design system’s components, tokens, and patterns
• Design responsive experiences for web, iOS, and Android
• Adapt designs for different regions, languages, markets, and locales
• Document design decisions, prepare developer hand-offs, and review implementation quality

• 5+ Years of Product Designer experience in product companies, with features shipped to real users
• A portfolio with recent end-to-end product cases from the last 1 to 2 years, showing the problem, research, hypotheses, solution, and outcome
• Hands-on experience planning and conducting user interviews and usability tests, analyzing session recordings and heatmaps, and turning findings into actionable design hypotheses using tools such as Maze, Lookback, UserTesting, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar
• Experience designing complex, multi-step flows and logic-heavy interfaces, such as onboarding, authentication, settings, or dashboards
• Proven experience in at least one of these areas: onboarding and activation flows with measurable impact; security and authentication UX, including two-factor authentication, passkeys, device and session management; admin panels, internal tools, or B2B dashboards; partner, affiliate, or referral programs and portals
• Experience working closely with product managers and product analysts, using quantitative insights such as funnels and A/B test results in design decisions
• Strong interaction design and information architecture skills
• Solid visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition, with attention to detail
• Understanding of design systems, including components, variants, tokens, and guidelines, and the ability to follow their rules
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including auto layout, variants, variables, and prototyping
• Proficiency in building user flow maps, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes
• Experience designing for web and mobile
• Experience designing for multi-language and multi-regional products
• Ability to present design decisions to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Experience using AI-powered tools in the design workflow
• Proficient written and spoken English (B2)
