Marketing Graphic Designer

Pearl Abyss is the studio behind the Black Desert and Crimson Desert franchises. Its games are available on PC, mobile, and console platforms.

• Create visuals for paid campaigns, social banners, thumbnails, landing pages, newsletters, and print materials
• Localize assets and adapt designs for European audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve creative objectives
• Maintain sharp and consistent branding across every channel
• Prepare and optimize files for digital deployment and print production
• Retouch and polish images
• Brainstorm fresh concepts and push creative boundaries
• Deliver messages and visuals that connect players to the games
• Work with video editing and motion design teams to create visuals for audiovisual content
• Collaborate with internal administration and HR teams to create assets for employee branding

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Illustration, or equivalent
• 5+ Years of design experience
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Creative eye and attention to detail
• Open to feedback, quick to meet deadlines, and able to juggle multiple projects
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Portfolio required
