• Design high-converting static and animated creatives for Meta and Google Ads
• Edit long- and short-form videos
• Shape storytelling and visuals from the initial concept through final delivery
• Create motion graphics and animations
• Work with marketers to review performance data and refine creative accordingly
• Partner with the Creative Strategist to turn briefs into finished ads and contribute ideas for visuals, formats, and execution
• Use AI tools to speed up design, editing, retouching, and creative variations
• Organize asset libraries, templates, and project files

• Proven experience in graphic design, animation, and video editing for performance marketing
• Understand how design affects CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in creative workflows
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Clear written and spoken communication
• Able to switch between styles while maintaining a strong creative approach

• Gross salary: 3200 - 4200 EUR/month; may vary depending on skills and experience
