• Design materials representing Surfshark as an employer, including event branding, conference decks, social media posts, and internal newsletters
• Own Surfshark’s visual identity for prospective hires and current employees
• Collaborate with Employer Brand and other teams to create high-quality visuals for culture initiatives
• Explore new ways to showcase company life and pitch ideas to the team
• Own creative execution from the first draft to the final pixel, handling feedback and deadlines

• Proven design experience, including marketing visuals
• A portfolio demonstrating cohesive brand systems rather than only one-off designs
• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain design decisions

• Gross salary: 3000-4200 Eur/month; may vary depending on skills and experience
