VIZOR APPS LIMITED develops games for PC, mobile, browser, social, iOS, Android, and console platforms across adventure, casual, and fighting genres.

• Design game economy models and assess their efficiency and impact on player experience and behavior
• Maintain the existing game economy and design economies for new features, including modeling, tuning, balancing, and monitoring key metrics to drive KPI growth and create engaging gameplay
• Balance virtual items by defining player needs, item relationships, and lifecycle loops
• Design and generate drop rate and paytable specifications detailing probability and game profitability
• Optimize features and game mechanics through tuning and A/B testing
• Collaborate with producers, game designers, data analysts, and the development team
• Create and maintain design documentation

• Proven experience building and managing economic models for game projects
• Strong background in combinatorics, statistics, and probability theory
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Deep understanding of video games and their economic systems
