• Brainstorm ideas and analyze market trends with the team;
• Create playable ads under the guidance of experienced colleagues;
• Analyze the performance of launched creatives;
• Develop ideas for new iterations;
• Continue developing ideas and game mechanics for playable ads during the probation period;
• Analyze market trends and creative performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Experience in game development as a Game Designer, Level Designer, Creative Producer, Creative Writer, or in a related role, including commercial experience, academic projects, or personal projects;
• Strong interest in game marketing, game design, and the gaming industry;
• A portfolio showcasing game-related work, such as prototypes, playable ads, or other completed projects;
• Nice to have: A good visual eye, a basic understanding of composition, color, rhythm, and visual storytelling, a degree in a relevant field, basic familiarity with Unity or other game engines such as Unreal Engine, Godot, or RPG Maker.
