• Identify and evaluate game opportunities through market analysis, competitor deconstruction, player insights, and product data
• Define product concepts, target audiences, core loops, hypotheses, success metrics, and commercial opportunities
• Own AI-assisted game design across gameplay systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, and monetization
• Prototype and validate game concepts using AI-assisted tools and lightweight development workflows
• Analyze player behavior and test results, define success metrics, and recommend whether to scale, iterate, or stop a product
• Set product priorities and make trade-offs based on player impact, data, development effort, and business potential
• Improve games based on retention, engagement, monetization, experimentation, and player behavior
• Partner with leadership to improve how AI is used to design, prototype, build, and scale games

• 6+ Years of experience in mobile games, ideally in casual or hybrid-casual products
• Strong game design experience combined with product management or meaningful product ownership
• Experience taking games or significant products from concept through launch and post-launch iteration
• Track record of owning product outcomes and KPIs, not just individual features
• Strong understanding of gameplay systems, progression, economy, UX, retention, monetization, and LiveOps
• Strong understanding of F2P game economics and metrics, including retention, engagement, monetization, LTV, CPI, and related performance indicators
• Comfortable interpreting data, forming hypotheses, designing experiments, and acting on results
• Able to deconstruct successful games and turn insights into product decisions
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for ideation, prototyping, analysis, design, or content creation
• Able to turn ambiguous opportunities into clear product direction and executable priorities
• High ownership, independent decision-making, and a strong execution mindset
