• Learn the processes behind developing game features and complete practical assignments;
• Analyze game mechanics, develop product solutions, prepare documentation, work with builds, and receive feedback;
• Work on real tasks under a mentor’s guidance during the trial period;
• Develop and support game features, collaborate with developers and game designers, and take on increasing responsibility;
• Join a product team and take ownership of an area of responsibility;
• Independently manage several tasks, work closely with a producer and the development team, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

• Be interested in game design and the gaming industry;
• Have a proactive mindset, strong motivation to grow quickly, and a commitment to continuous learning;
• Have 1–3 years of experience in Game Design, Product/Project Management, QA, or related fields as an advantage;
• Nice to have: participation in game jams, hackathons, personal projects, or event organization, especially without commercial experience.
