game designer for a AAA first-person shooter

• Collaborate with the Game Director and Game Design team on design decisions for a large AAA first-person shooter
• Own, drive, and communicate the vision for major design initiatives, new features, and major design overhauls; hold brainstorming and playtest sessions
• Work with engineers, artists, and producers to align disciplines and design, tune, and implement game design directions
• Lead complex and impactful game aspects with minimal oversight
• Analyze internal and external metrics and feedback, adjusting design or game balance as needed
• Contribute to prototyping, game balancing, and gameplay tuning

• Experience in game design for first- or third-person shooter games
• Full-cycle and multidisciplinary development experience, including at least one shipped title as a game designer
• Knowledge of 3D level and game design tools and editors, primarily Unreal 5
• Strong attention to creative and technical quality and detail
• Strong creative skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
• Passion for games
• Proficiency in spoken, written, and technical English
