System analyst in TMS Calypso

• Supporting Chapter members in developing their competencies, planning career paths and improving their IT skills in the areas covered by the Chapter (TMS Calypso, interfaces and related systems, system analysis tools and the use of AI)
• Personally developing system competencies in TMS Calypso
• Building high standards of work within the Chapter’s specialisation and managing employee development, including setting goals, conducting evaluations and providing feedback, as well as supporting employees in achieving their goals.
• Creating employee development paths and improving soft and analytical skills,
• Actively collaborating with Release Management, the IT Services Area, Solution Architects, Product Owners and Project Managers on the process of delivering IT solutions
• Delivering the system development roadmap for the domain/area in line with the established IT strategy and supporting systems

• You have at least 2 years of experience managing teams responsible for the development and maintenance of systems—including managing permanent employees and contractors, building teams, and conducting employee appraisal, feedback and development processes,
• You have experience developing employee competencies—you can create development paths, improve soft and analytical skills, and support employees in their professional development,
• You can solve complex problems, work under time pressure and have experience working with multiple stakeholders (including business analysts, the Tribe Leader, IT Area Leader, Agile Coach, Product Owner and other managers)
• You have experience working in agile methodologies
• You are ready to actively participate in building applications in Financial Markets (FM) and solving complex system and integration problems
• You understand software development/SDLC processes and have experience managing requirements and documentation, as well as actively participating in the entire software development process, from requirements analysis through to deployment,
• You know software development tools and technologies used in system analysis (UML, SQL, BPMN, EA, JIRA)
• You can apply AI tools in system analysis and the software development process
• You know technology trends and have IT experience in FM, trading, core TMS (Trade Management Systems) and integrations with external FM systems
• You are completely fluent in Polish and communicate comfortably in written and spoken English (English: minimum B2 level)
• You want to take part in interesting projects in Poland and collaborate within the Erste Group
