Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analysts to deliver insights that inform decisions and improve the Joint Account product
Design and evaluate statistically rigorous experiments to support iterative product development
Define metrics for product performance, user experience quality, and progress against key results
Own the analytics roadmap, identify opportunities for analysis, and prioritize high-impact work
Develop AI-enabled analytics tools for natural language insight generation and internal data apps
Develop an understanding of customer profiles and account usage to guide product development and own customer outcomes
требования
Experience in an analytical role and strong data manipulation skills in SQL and/or Python
Ability to analyze large datasets and derive insights that inform decisions
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize for impact and balance precision with effort according to context
Ability to solve unstructured, open-ended problems and identify meaningful signals
Clear communication skills, including explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to challenge others respectfully and sensitively
Self-starter with a bias to action
Будет плюсом: experience conducting A/B tests and causal analyses, creating data visualizations and self-serve data products, working in cross-functional teams, defining and building product performance metrics for conversion, activation, retention, and engagement, and experience with consumer-facing fintech or similar digital products
условия
The hybrid role requires attendance at the London office 2–3 days a week
Option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice
