- Generate insights and track the impact of improvements to transfer verification, clarify documentation requirements, and reduce friction in the process
- Identify priorities for making the customer journey seamless
- Analyze ways to improve response times and service quality
- Define a strategy for scaling support operations and identify customer segments that need specialized attention to prevent churn
- Improve product reliability and service efficiency to influence customer retention and growth
требования
- 5+ Years of experience in analytical roles
- Strong data analysis skills, including SQL and Python
- Experience conducting regular A/B tests and causal analyses to measure the impact of product changes on defined metrics
- Experience partnering with Product Managers and Analysts to set KPIs and monitor the impact of product features on conversion, stickiness, and engagement
- Strong stakeholder management skills; collaborative, able to influence, and able to identify when to agree or disagree to maximize impact
- Bias to action and ability to identify and deliver what needs to be done
- Ability to structure and solve ambiguous, open-ended problems and identify high-impact opportunities
- Будет плюсом: experience delivering high-quality data and self-serve analytics using Airflow, dbt, and Looker; practical application of AI or machine learning techniques and predictive modeling; knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem
