• Lead analytical efforts to support data-informed decision-making across the organization
• Gather, analyze, visualize, and present technical insurance data
• Collaborate with data engineering, insurance product, claims, finance, and operations teams to improve data integrity and automate reporting
• Transform complex insurance data into clear insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders through reporting and data visualization
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and develop analytical tools
• Deliver solutions that help other departments automate workflows
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and operational effectiveness
• Provide ad hoc analytical support and research

• Strong proficiency with SQL and Excel
• Good knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools
• Exposure to or proficiency in programming languages and experience with modern databases
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and navigate uncertainty
• Collaborative approach, strong analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes
