• Lead the design and development of scalable data models using dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric
• Partner with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, influence backlog prioritisation, and deliver business value
• Develop Power BI dashboards and semantic models for self-service reporting and data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to the evolution of the cloud analytics platform, modernise data products, improve scalability and performance, and support the Microsoft Fabric journey
• Champion analytics best practices, mentor analysts, share technical knowledge, and contribute to AI-assisted analytics and self-service initiatives

• 8–10+ Years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar role within modern enterprise data environments
• Hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI
• Experience building scalable analytical solutions and semantic models
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, translate complex challenges into scalable data solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly
• Enjoy mentoring colleagues, driving technical excellence, and continuously improving analytics practices
