• Partner with UA and Growth collaborators to understand performance, investigate business questions, and provide actionable recommendations
• Lead analytical projects end to end, from problem definition and data exploration to insights and collaborator communication
• Own and evolve the business logic and analytical requirements of Growth data models
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, translate business and analytical needs into data requirements, and validate delivered solutions
• Identify and investigate data quality issues, inconsistencies, and gaps across Growth reporting and underlying data models
• Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytical solutions, reducing repetitive manual analysis where possible
• Define and maintain key Growth metrics and measurement logic across spend, acquisition, revenue, attribution, and marketing performance
• Analyze performance drivers, identify opportunities, and support investment decisions
• Communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leadership
• Mentor other analysts and share standard methodologies while contributing to consistent analytical standards across the team
• Work with Data Scientists on measurement, experimentation, and modeling projects, providing analytical and data foundations

• 4+ Years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a related role
• Experience independently delivering analytical projects and working directly with business collaborators
• Experience owning or significantly contributing to analytical data models, metric definitions, or reporting foundations
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and analytical workflows
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, and analytical data structures
• Experience translating business requirements into data requirements and collaborating with Data Engineering teams
• Proficiency in a data visualization or BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or similar
• Good understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to data accuracy and reliability
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to challenge constructively and build trust with technical and non-technical collaborators
