• Define and standardize business metrics, KPIs, and the business glossary with stakeholders to ensure consistent business definitions across the company
• Drive Data Governance adoption by introducing standards, best practices, and governance processes across data domains
• Design and develop the company's Data Quality framework, including validation rules, monitoring, and quality standards to improve data reliability
• Implement and maintain automated Data Quality checks and anomaly detection to proactively identify and resolve data issues
• Build and manage the data catalog, metadata, and data lineage to improve data discoverability and transparency
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to integrate Data Quality controls into data pipelines and investigate data inconsistencies across systems

• Experience documenting and standardizing business metrics, KPIs, business glossaries, and business logic
• Hands-on experience translating business requirements into measurable Data Quality rules and implementing automated validation using Great Expectations, Soda, dbt Tests, or similar frameworks
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data validation, automation, framework development, and root cause analysis of data quality issues
• Experience with data catalog and metadata management platforms such as OpenMetadata, DataHub, or similar
• Solid understanding of Data Governance, Data Stewardship, Data Lineage, Metadata Management, and Data Lifecycle Management
• Practical experience using AI tools to automate workflows, improve productivity, and enhance data analysis and documentation processes
• Будет плюсом: streaming technologies (Kafka, Spark, Flink), orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) and CI/CD, semantic/metrics layer tools (dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, LookML), data privacy and security standards (GDPR, CCPA), previous experience in iGaming or FinTech
