CXG data specialist for CRM and RevOps

• Own proactive data quality monitoring and cleanup across CXG systems
• Validate and reconcile customer and account data across different sources
• Manipulate and analyze data, including using VLOOKUPs, reconciling records, identifying duplicate accounts, researching, and cleaning data
• Maintain accurate customer journey stages, account statuses, CSM ownership, and other critical CXG data points
• Run recurring data-quality checks and proactively identify inconsistencies across systems
• Help update reporting and dashboards
• Monitor cancelled employee hiring processes and notify Finance when associated deposit invoices need to be cancelled
• Partner with RevOps and CXG teams to identify recurring data-quality issues and improve underlying processes

• 1–5 Years of experience in Data Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Customer Success, or a related operational role
• Experience administering CRM or CXG platforms
• Experience with sales technology tools and revenue systems
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across distributed teams
