Business data analyst in telecom

We are looking for an ambitious and versatile person for the Business Analyst position to join our team. You will join a dynamic environment full of data enthusiasts, where we share knowledge, develop a modern data platform and have a real impact on the business. In this role, we bring together two worlds: data analytics and business. We are looking for a proactive and independent person who can work without constant supervision and sees data not just as numbers, but above all as concrete value and a lever for B2B sales.

• Independently analyze sales and operational data, identifying key trends and patterns
• Process and integrate data from various sources (BigQuery, Excel, GCP) to create comprehensive reports and visualizations
• Design and optimize SQL queries, ensuring high data quality and consistency
• Create reports, dashboards and recommendations for business teams to support strategic decisions
• Work with project and business teams in an agile environment, delivering solutions tailored to the organization's needs
• Take responsibility for the entire analysis process—from data retrieval to drawing conclusions and making recommendations to the business

• Experience in a similar role related to data or analytics
• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform, especially BigQuery (writing queries and optimizing their performance)
• Proficiency in SQL (optimization, analytical functions) and experience working with SAS systems (4GL, SAS Enterprise Guide)
• Experience working with Power BI
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
