The Intelligent Automation practice drives business transformation through automation solutions and AI-powered tools in innovative, fast-paced project environments.
задачи
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, current-state processes, and client pain points
Create functional specifications, user stories, and process maps to support development
Participate in and facilitate client workshops, presentations, and requirements sessions
Support the project team across all phases of the SDLC, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements
Facilitate UAT with clients and collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
Use AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to automate project tasks and improve delivery efficiency

2+ Years of practical business analysis experience and a solid grasp of business analysis frameworks, principles, tools, and techniques
Solid understanding of the SDLC and how business analysis integrates into software development and deployment
Understanding of business process automation and AI concepts
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
Confident interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive attitude, coachability, and a strong desire to learn emerging technologies
Upper-Intermediate English (B2 minimum), with strong written and verbal communication skills for direct client interaction
