Business analyst in HR service delivery

We are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to act as the key link between HR Operations teams and the technical support team. The role will focus on supporting the effective use of the ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) module, helping to resolve incidents, coordinate enhancements, and ensure that HR-related system requirements are translated into effective technical solutions.

• Act as the primary liaison between HR Operations teams and the technical support team for ServiceNow HRSD-related matters.
• Support the investigation, analysis, and resolution of incidents affecting HR systems and processes.
• Gather, clarify, and document business requirements for HRSD enhancements and system improvements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure incidents and enhancement requests are clearly understood, prioritized, and addressed.
• Support the implementation and validation of HRSD enhancements, ensuring alignment with HR business needs.
• Communicate system issues, progress, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR service delivery processes and the overall user experience.
• Maintain clear documentation of incidents, requirements, enhancements, and agreed solutions.

• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.
• Good understanding of HR Operations processes and HR service delivery.
• Experience supporting incident management and coordinating system enhancements in an HR technology environment.
• Ability to translate HR business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
• This role specifically requires expertise in ServiceNow HRSD. ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) experience alone is not sufficient.
