Business analyst in claims

• You develop and take responsibility for the business architecture and overarching target visions in close collaboration with business departments and IT.
• You analyze and model business processes, objects, and capabilities, ensuring a consistent and coherent structure.
• You actively contribute to design and architecture decisions, both for existing systems and for new solutions.
• You support project managers in planning, managing, and implementing demanding IT projects.
• You maintain an overview, identify challenges at an early stage, and ensure pragmatic solutions.
• You help prioritize projects and requirements in line with strategic KPIs and corporate objectives.
• In agile teams, you successfully implement new business and regulatory requirements, thereby contributing directly to the company's success.

• Initial experience as a business, business-domain, or process architect, or in requirements management / business analysis—ideally in the insurance or financial sector.
• A basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or databases, and an interest in technical contexts.
• An understanding of business processes and how they are represented in IT systems.
• The ability to engage with stakeholders on an equal footing, structure requirements, and present solutions convincingly.
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work.
• Ideally, experience in traditional and/or agile project management.
• Very good German and English skills.
