задачи
- Design business processes, workflows, and system requirements for an HMS platform
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
- Analyze hotel operations and translate business needs into software solutions
- Develop functional specifications and documentation
требования
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing, and reporting
- Experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS)
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams
условия
- Rate: $8–10/hour
- Contract-based employment
- Monday–Friday, EST business hours
- Holidays and days off are negotiable
- International, English-speaking environment
