• Partner with teams across geographies and build collaborative relationships
• Take ownership of data analysis projects and turn insights into business recommendations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions to improve business efficiency
• Lead root cause analyses for assigned projects and implement solutions with team members
• Support the development of business cases for new programs
• Maintain and improve performance metrics dashboards
• Present data-driven recommendations and findings to senior stakeholders
• Bring fresh perspectives and ideas to the team

• Fluent spoken and written English at C1 level or above
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links
• Knowledge of SQL
• Currently in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar discipline
