• Comfort with data-heavy interfaces and reading process metrics such as temperatures, cycles, and alerts
• Willingness to work on site at plants and travel as needed
• Judgment about when not to build what users request
• Diplomacy with plant engineers and operators who may prefer their existing tools
• Structured communication with a small team
• Independence in a small team
