• Analyze document and image repositories to assess information content, data quality, and layout variations;
• Design target architecture for OCR processing, Document Intelligence, Vision AI, LLMs, data validation, and quality assurance;
• Develop and configure AI components for image and document analysis;
• Transform extracted information into business-defined target objects and SAP-compliant data structures;
• Implement completeness checks, plausibility checks, confidence scoring, and error classification;
• Execute pilot implementations to validate extraction quality and measure recognition rates;
• Create technical, operational, and handover documentation, including architecture overviews and data model descriptions.

• Proficiency in Computer Vision and Document AI, including OCR, Vision LLMs, image classification, and object detection;
• Expertise in Generative AI, specifically LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Information Extraction, and Structured Output Generation;
• Experience in document processing, including PDF analysis, scan processing, table extraction, layout analysis, and handwriting recognition;
• Strong Data Engineering skills with Python, Pandas, and Databricks;
• Nice to have: MLOps, GDPR-compliant AI solutions, Microsoft Document Intelligence, Azure AI Vision, OpenCV, PySpark, Delta Lake, SAP attribute models.
