• Act as a central interface between business departments, Finance, and IT in the use and interpretation of process data;
• Capture and analyze requirements from business departments and develop and optimize reporting solutions;
• Prepare and transform raw data from IT systems into performant data models in MS Fabric;
• Design, create, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI;
• Analyze and improve data quality and identify optimization opportunities;
• Support process automation and the use of AI within the company.

• Completed degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration with a focus on controlling/IT, or a comparable qualification;
• Professional experience at the intersection of IT, data, and business, ideally in a medium-sized or industrial environment;
• Confident use of Power BI and knowledge of SQL and DAX;
• Good understanding of processes and workflows in ERP systems and project management tools, ideally Jira;
• Strong communication and mediation skills with a proactive working style;
• Strong affinity for AI and its use in optimizing workflows;
• Very good German and good English skills.
